29/01/12: Some sads news to start the year with - Doug Marsland (Axna) has died recently. He was 92 and had lived in a home in Gunnislake for many years. More longer serving members of our club should remember him, particularly down in Cornwall. He lived near Tavistock and showed mainly blues - some may well recall Axna Lola of Vylabree, a nice type of blue bitch who was shown by Beverley Slater and was a CC winner. We have also heard that Peter Smeaton has died - Peter and his wife were well known around the shown scene in Cornwall and Devon and he always supported the Club; he showed a good sort of blue dog and more recently a blue bitch he had from the Telfords (Courtmaster).

05/05/12: At our Open Show today, Rosemary Berry was presented with a gift to mark her retirement after being Club Treasurer for many years and a Committee member before that. We all wish her a happy retirement!
